Greeley, Amber

BACK

Amber Greeley saw consistent growth and development across her four years as a Cardinal, eventually corralling All-American honors both on the volleyball court and in the classroom during her senior year.

A 6-foot-3 offensive weapon, she and setter Carlie Craycraft helped lead the program to a combined 92-22 record during their four years on campus. Otterbein made three NCAA Championship appearances behind their talents and earned three OAC titles along the way. The 2021 team advanced all the way to the NCAA Sweet 16.

Greeley saved her best effort for last, capping a decorated senior year with second team AVCA All-America and then third team Academic All-America through the College Sports Communicators platform. She compiled a 3.68 GPA as a nursing major from start to finish.

During her final campaign, Greeley ranked 22nd nationally in hitting percentage (.374) and graduated third all-time in program history with a .336 clip.  She had a career-high 21 kills in the OAC semifinals, hit .727 in the championship match to earn Most Outstanding Player, and then ripped off another 21 kills in the NCAA first round against UW-Oshkosh. Included during that culminating run in 2022 was an AVCA National Player of the Week honor.

Greeley was also 3x All-OAC, 3x Academic All-OAC, Academic All-District and AVCA All-Region during her memorable run.
