DeCarlo, a graduate student from Bay Village, Ohio, averaged 15.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in wins over John Carroll and Heidelberg. She posted 12 points and nine rebounds in a 69-67 win over JCU on Jan. 29 and added a career-high 19 points to go with 12 rebounds for her second double-double of the season in a 55-41 win at Heidelberg on Feb. 1.

Hill, a sophomore from Beavercreek, Ohio, won the pole vault at the Ohio Northern Joe Banks Invitational on Jan. 31 with a mark of 4.45 meters. After passing at the first five heights, he cleared 4.25 meters on his first attempt and 4.45 meters on his third attempt. No other competitor cleared higher than 4.05 meters.
